Guided by a Mountain Leader from the NTS Arran Ranger Service, the walk will take place in a little frequented area in the north-end of Arran traversing the coastal hills, with great views of the northern mountains and across the Clyde.

DIY Bird Feeder

Come and make your very own Bird Feeder from natural materials to take away with you so you can help our garden birds this Autumn.

Autumn is a time when many of our garden birds will be trying to maintain their fat reserves ready for the colder months. Come to our DIY bird feeder drop in event and learn about our garden birds whilst making your very own bird feeder to help our feathered friends. This event is a drop-in session open to all ages; children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

To book, follow the link here. Each ticket buys you one Bird Feeder kit but you can buy as many kits per family group as you like.

Pop along anytime during 13:30 – 16:00 (event will wrap up at 16:30) and the Rangers will be on hand to help you with assembling and decorating your very own bird feeder. You can then take these away and put them up in your own garden or green space.
