Zero Waste Café

We have a couple of pop-up cafes this month. Join us in Kilmory Village Hall on Tuesday 3rd and Pirnmill Village Hall on Tuesday 17th. We will be in Shiskine, Lochranza and Corrie as usual too.

E-cargo bike trials on Hub Tuesdays
An e-bike…. but more!
With all of the incredible advantages of an electric bike, but more. More space to carry your shopping, your swimthings, your kids and your dog; your work stuff, your beach stuff, big brolly and all, EVEN that chair you just had to have from Arran Sales and Wants. An eCargo bike helps us do what we love doing the most; moving ourselves and the stuff we love or around! Plus, its very fun.
Costing a fraction of buying a new car, with hardly any fuel costs, low insurance costs, lower maintenance and repair costs, an e-cargo bike could save you money while enriching your live with the mental and physical benifits of getting out there and riding a bike.
So if you fancy trying one of these wonderful vehicles get yourself down to the pavilion on a Tuesday from October the 10th and every Tuesday thereafter or send an email to emma@arranecosavvy.org.uk and we’ll get you set up!
October bike maintenance sessions
We are offering FREE bike maintenance on Tues 3rd October, Tues 10th October and Tues 17th October at The Eco Savvy Hub in the Ormidale Pavilion in Brodick. Bring your bike in anytime between 11am – 3pm and Wally our mechanic will be on hand to help with maintenance/simple repairs/larger repairs advice.
