Arran Island Plan meetings in April

Environmental Strand Working Group

A second meeting of the Environment Strand Working Group will be held at the Banner Lodge at the Heather Lodge, Brodick, on Thursday 4th April at 4 – 6 pm.

This will be an opportunity for discussion around the action points that have been raised, and priorities for groups and individuals working on environmental conservation around the island, ahead of the wider Arran Island Plan meeting on April 23rd (see below).

Arran Island Plan Update Meeting

Tuesday April 23rd at Brodick Hall, Isle of Arran

Insights into the Arran Island Plan Programme for 2024

Engaging discussions led by guest speakers who will share their expertise and experiences on a variety of island priorities, including:

Developing community solutions for on-island transport
Advancing towards a digital Arran
Supporting net zero and sustainability on the Isle of Arran

Moreover, this event offers an opportunity to meet the new Arran Skills Coordinator and to be among the first to preview the new Arran Island Plan website!
