
Health Walks and Bike Rides with Eco Savvy

Stroll with it Arran! Health Walks
Did you know that May is National Walking month? Walking is great for your health and the planet!
If you are keen to get a bit more walking in we recommend this Walk Everyday in May Challenge from Paths for All, you could also be in with the chance of winning 1 of 10 available £100 Blacks vouchers in their prize draw!
Also, why not join a health walk – there are 3 happening on Arran in May – see the schedule below – and don’t worry if you miss the May walks, there is a whole programme of walks all over Arran for the next 3 months. We would love to see you there!

On Tuesday 2nd May, the walk in Blackwaterfoot will include a visit to the Pioneer Project Community Garden at Kilpatrick (weather and livestock permitting!). This circular walk is mostly flat but involves some walking along coastal tracks and stretches of road without pavement.
Meet at 11.30am from the bus shelter in Blackwaterfoot opposite Kinloch Hotel. The bus departing Brodick at 10.55 due in 11.23. It will be paced to ensure the 322 bus back to Brodick at 12.55 can be got.

Led ebike rides and bike maintenance sessions in May
