For the second year running, the Corrie Food Festival was a roaring success. It took place at Corrie and Sannox Village Hall on Saturday 19 October, and not only were attendees treated to a glorious sunny day but a range of delicious foods from local businesses from around the island.
As well as having the fantastic Chai Caddy outside the hall, there were food stalls from:
- Arran Supper Club
- Blackwater Bakehouse
- Ferghan Mhor Vegan B&B
- Mara Fish Bar and Deli
- Old Pier Cafe
- The Sandwich Station
- The Tartan Tablet Company
There was a bar offering a selection of drinks plus Arran Gin had a stall selling cocktails and bottles of the good stuff. Attendees were also able to buy a range of amazing products from Simon Thorborn Pottery.
The highlight of the day was to have Lizanne Zietsman back at The Sandwich Station working beside her husband John. Welcome home Lizanne!
It was a fantastic day.

About The Corrie Food Festival
The Corrie Food Festival is organised by a team of local people to Corrie and Sannox and runs every year in October. As well as food stalls, the team put on a bar, raffle prizes and music with profits going to a local charity or cause. The team this year would like to thank everyone who attended and supported the festival. See you in 2020!
