A request from the Eco Savvy Bike Library and other March events below:
Do you have any outgrown bikes at home? Our Wee Bike Library is looking for donations!
Since launching last autumn, we’ve rehomed many bikes, but demand is growing, and we now have a waiting list for children in need of a bike. If you have a suitable bike to donate, we’d love to hear from you!
Either send us a photo via DM or email emma@arranecosavvy.org.uk or drop it off at our Active Travel Hub (Ormidale Pavilion, Brodick) on Tuesdays between 11am – 3pm
Your donation can help a child enjoy the freedom of cycling this spring and summer – thank you!

Zero Waste Cafe
This month we have 8 cafes planned around the island.
Plus we are coming back to Brodick! Join us on the 18th at the Ormidale Pavilion between 12-2pm at the Active Travel end of funding year celebration!
Each week we’ll be serving up a selection of seasonal soups with bread, yummy cakes and refreshments. In our travelling shop there’ll be a wide range of tins and our zero waste dispensers. Don’t forget your containers!
Where possible we’ll also stock fresh local produce. Our cafes are open to everyone and there’s no need to book!

Active Travel
This month is your last chance to take advantage of our free bike repair and maintenance service! Drop in on Tuesdays between 11 – 3pm for all things Eco Hub and Active Travel.
We also have three Nature Walks this month – Corrie with Stuart from Arran Geo-Park, Mysterious Machrie Moor and Bird Song at Brodick Castle please email healthwalks@arranecosavvy.org.uk.
